I spend most of my free time learning so that I can compress my years of trial-and-error into just weeks for you.

To put it simply, I’m wildly curious about human potential — not just on the court, but within disciplines that shape how we move, think, and grow: dance, psychology, physiology, biomechanics, breathwork, communication, leadership (I’ve got a long list)...

If it helps me move through life with more freedom, more clarity, more joy, and more power — I’m in.

In my own life, I experiment.
I break patterns that are no longer useful.
And I aim to build experiences that feel more aligned — more alive.

I’m not interested in the status quo.
I’m interested in evolution.
